If you are interested in scheduling an appointment with me, please call (510) 362-3825 and leave a message on my confidential voicemail. I will return your call as soon as possible.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance directly, but if you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may be able to submit my invoices to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment for Services

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I accept credit cards, checks, or cash. Please contact me to discuss the fees for my services.

Cancellations

Please notify me at least 48 business hours before the time of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged the full fee for the appointment.
